Many meditators comments that they look forward to retreating to their favourite seat at the end of the day or early in the morning to start off their day in the best possible way. By meditating !
We might find in time we can meditate anywhere regardless of external distractions. Advanced meditators might be meditating around you in the street, in a cafe, on a train, on a bus or a plane and you might not even know it. This comes with practice but you will find that what you have learned is a priceless tool to take with you anywhere you go for the rest of your life
